Wyoming Online Poker Legal Status
Current Law
Wyoming Statutes Title 6, Chapter 7 covers gambling offenses. Sports betting was authorized under HB 133 (2021) with a unique regulatory framework administered by the Wyoming Gaming Commission. The Wind River Casino (operated by the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone tribes) is the only casino. No statute addresses online poker.
