The Short Answer
Vermont does not have legal, regulated online poker. Vermont has a state lottery and legalized mobile sports betting in 2024. There are no casinos in Vermont — it is one of the few states with no casino-style gambling. Charitable gaming exists on a limited scale.
Vermont players who want to play online poker access offshore operators. The PokerSites.org review team's top picks for Vermont players in May 2026 are BetOnline Poker and Bovada Poker.
