North Dakota Century Code Title 12.1, Chapter 28 covers gambling offenses. Tribal gaming operates under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. Charitable gaming is regulated under NDCC Chapter 53-06.1. Sports betting was authorized by voter initiative in November 2024. No statute addresses online poker.
