Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 23K governs casino gambling. The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) oversees all regulated gambling. Chapter 271 covers gambling offenses. Sports betting was authorized under Chapter 23N (2022). No statute addresses online poker for individual players.
