The 2026 WSOP Online on GGPoker has crossed its halfway point with 13 of 33 bracelets awarded and 20 still to come — including the $5,000 Main Event, the $250 Mystery Millions and the $10,000 Heads Up Championship.
For players who have not yet entered, the important framing is that the back half of this series carries more prize money and more prestige than the first. The biggest events were deliberately scheduled last.
The Series So Far
The early events shattered their guarantees, which has become routine for GGPoker series but is still worth quantifying.
The 7th Annual WSOP Kick-Off opened the festivities with 3,607 players advancing to the Final Stage and a $2,398,655 prize pool. Raphael Caixeta won it for $207,168.50 — his first WSOP bracelet, and the first of the $30,000 WSOP Paradise packages reserved for series champions.
The $300 Gladiators of Poker carried a $3 million guarantee and blew through it: 17,077 runners created a $4.76 million prize pool, more than 50% above guarantee. "Fino y Elegante" took the title and $579,752.
The $100 Flip & Go made "S Schillhabel" $150,740 richer in a format that requires more luck than effort — which is rather the point of it.
The $500 Mini Main Event drew 12,113 entries, with "panzhanle" taking the bracelet and $747,545.
The largest field of the series so far came in Event #11, the ¥800 WSOP Asia Championship (approximately $120), which drew a remarkable 35,095 entries with 3,443 players cashing. The ¥25,829,920 prize pool — roughly $3.8 million — produced a first prize of approximately $440,000 for "Fartu_Masti_Bro."
Rolle's $1.37 Million
The biggest single payday belongs to Benjamin "bencb789" Rolle, who won Event #12, the $1,500 Millionaire Maker, on August 31 for $1,366,929 and his second WSOP bracelet.
Rolle's first came in the 2025 WSOP Online Main Event, which makes this an unusually specific specialism: two bracelets, both online, both in flagship events, in consecutive years.
Rolle is best known as one of the architects of the modern online tournament training industry, and his results are a useful counterpoint to the assumption that coaches stop being players. The skills transfer in both directions — the discipline of explaining a strategy rigorously enough to teach it tends to sharpen the strategy itself.

Several other high-stakes events fill the last week of the month. Tens of millions of dollars remain in play alongside 20 bracelets.
The scheduling logic is standard for large series: cheap, high-volume events early to build momentum and bankrolls, flagship events late when the player pool is at its most engaged. It also means the softest fields relative to buy-in tend to appear in the middle weeks, once casual entrants have had their early shots and before the serious money arrives.

The $4 Million Nobody Is Talking About
GGPoker has attached two side structures to WSOP Online that are considerably more generous than they first appear.
Continental Flipouts pay a total of $3,000,000, with up to $250,000 in individual events. Qualification is passive: play any WSOP Online event, and if a player from your continent or zone wins one, you are automatically entered into a Flipout with a shot at the prize pool.
Country Freerolls account for another $1,000,000, with players from the most successful nations across the series entered into tournaments carrying prize pools between $30,000 and $200,000.
The current country standings are led by the Russian Federation with three first-place finishes, one second and two thirds, and over $6 million won across the series. Brazil and Germany follow. Players from Spain, China, Belgium, Canada, Austria, Ukraine and France currently stand to receive Freerolls of their own.
The design here is smart. It converts a series where most entrants bust early into one where every entrant retains a rooting interest and a live equity stake for the full six weeks. It also makes national pride a retention mechanic, which is a lesson borrowed from esports rather than poker.
What This Means for Players
Entering any event buys you Flipout equity. This is the single most underappreciated value in the series. A $100 entry into any WSOP Online tournament makes you eligible for a share of $3 million in Continental Flipouts if a player from your region wins something. That equity is small per event, but it is free, and it accrues to every entry you make.
Bracelets are more accessible online than live. Thirteen bracelets have gone to a mix of established names and complete unknowns. The $100 Flip & Go awarded one for $150,740. Guarantee overlays are rare here, but structure value is not. GGPoker series consistently exceed guarantees, so do not go hunting overlay. The value is in the field composition — 17,077 entries in a $300 event means an enormous number of recreational players, and large-field tournaments reward patience and a wide late-stage range more than they reward creativity.
