BetRivers Poker 2nd Anniversary Week

By jason-murphyยทOctober 26, 2026ยท7 min read

BetRivers Poker is celebrating its second anniversary with a week of promotions running October 26 through November 1, 2026. The package includes free tournament tickets for existing players, nightly "Super Splash" cash-game promotions, a second-place consolation draw for sit and go players, and more than $4,000 in added seats and prize money. None of the promotions requires opt-in, which makes the week unusually low-friction. If you play US-regulated online poker, it is a good time to check what your account is eligible for. For a broader look at regulated options, see our US poker guide and our real money poker guide.

Who Qualifies for the Gift Tickets

The headline promotion is the Anniversary Gift Ticket Drop. Any player who has played at least one real-money poker hand at any time through October 25, 2026 is eligible. Each eligible player receives one sit and go (SNG) ticket, which lands on Tuesday, October 27, and one multi-table tournament (MTT) ticket, which lands on Friday, October 30. Both tickets are valid for seven days from issue. Play-money and freeroll play do not count, so only real-money hands qualify.

The simplicity is notable. There is no leaderboard, no minimum play requirement and no need to claim anything. If you have ever played a real-money hand, you receive both tickets. The value of those tickets was not stated in the announcement, so players should check their account to see which events they cover. Because the tickets expire after seven days, the sensible approach is to look for a suitable event as soon as they arrive.

Super Splash Cash Games

The second promotion targets cash-game players. Every night from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. ET, two featured stakes run "Splash the Pot" at a 50 percent return rate, on both no-limit hold'em and pot-limit Omaha. Splashes are added to pots at random and go to the hand's winner. The schedule is:

Date Featured stakes
Mon, Oct 26 $10 & $100
Tue, Oct 27 $20 & $200
Wed, Oct 28 $10 & $50
Thu, Oct 29 $20 & $200
Fri, Oct 30 $10 & $100
Sat, Oct 31 $20 & $500 (High Stakes Saturday)
Sun, Nov 1 $10 & $50

The announcement does not define the stake labels in detail, so the figures should be read as the BetRivers featured levels for each night. A splash that adds money to a random pot is essentially a small rake rebate for one winner, which tends to produce more action at the featured tables. If you play cash games, knowing which stake gets the splash can help you choose where to sit. For strategy, our cash games page and Texas hold'em guide outline the fundamentals, and our omaha guide covers PLO.

Run It Back for SNG Players

The third promotion, Run It Back, is a consolation feature for sit and go players. Second-place finishes in completed real-money Classic or Cub3d SNGs between October 26 and November 1 earn one entry into that day's draw for the buy-in level. There are five draws a day, one per level, and entries reset daily. Winners receive tickets within 96 hours, valid for seven days. Freerolls, MTTs, Spins and cash games do not count.

The daily prize structure is:

Buy-in level Prizes Total value
Cub3d $0.25 300 ร— $0.25 tickets $75
Classic $0.90 + Cub3d $1 3 ร— $5, 125 ร— $1 (128 prizes) $140
Classic $4.50 + Cub3d $5 1 ร— $25, 4 ร— $10, 25 ร— $5 (30 prizes) $190
Classic $9 + Cub3d $10 2 ร— $25, 15 ร— $10 (17 prizes) $200
Classic $22.50 + Cub3d $25 12 ร— $25 (12 prizes) $300
Daily total 487 prizes $905

The structure is effectively a "bad beat insurance" for runner-up finishes. You lose heads-up, you receive a draw entry. Given how many SNG finals are decided by a coinflip, the feature makes sense as a way to soften the sting. Over seven days, the total is a few thousand dollars in ticket value spread across hundreds of prizes each day. It is a modest sum compared to the larger series BetRivers has run this year, but it rewards players for activity at lower stakes.

Added Prizes in the Mini Main and Main Event

The fourth promotion adds more than $4,000 in seats and prize money to the week's feature tournaments. From October 26 to October 31, the 9:20 p.m. ET Mini Main and Main Event satellites each receive two added seats. On November 1, the 3:35 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. ET satellites each receive two added seats. Then, at 6:05 p.m. ET on November 1, $222 is added to the Mini Main prize pool and $2,222 is added to the Main Event prize pool.

Added money is the clearest source of positive expected value in the week. An overlay on a satellite, where extra seats are added to the same number of entrants, improves your odds of winning a seat. If you want to understand how added value changes decisions, our pot odds explainer and equity explainer are useful primers.

Context: BetRivers Poker at Two Years

The announcement marks two years since BetRivers Poker "dealt their first hand." The published piece does not state the launch date, the states where the promotions apply or any broader history, so we avoid guessing at those details. Players should check their account for state availability. What the announcement does suggest is a deliberate attempt to thank existing customers rather than only chase new ones, since the biggest promotion is tied to past activity.

The timing is also notable. US regulated poker has moved quickly in recent months, with big names such as PokerStars on FanDuel and the WSOP platform competing for the same small pool of players. Our US poker guide covers the current landscape. Promotions like this, which require no opt-in and cost players nothing, help operators keep their tables busy and their loyal users active.

What This Means for Players

Check your account. If you have ever played a real-money hand, your tickets arrive on Tuesday and Friday. Do not let them expire.

Pick the right stake for splash. The nightly featured stakes give the best value if you already play those limits. Do not move up purely for a splash, since the splash is a small bonus compared to the variance of higher stakes. See our bankroll management guide for guidance on stake selection.

Use Run It Back as insurance, not a strategy. A draw entry for second place is nice, but it should not change how you play heads-up. Our poker strategy hub has material on SNG strategy.

Look at rakeback elsewhere. Anniversary promotions are temporary. For ongoing value, compare the loyalty structures on different sites with our rakeback guide and bonus page.

Outlook

BetRivers Poker's second anniversary week is a straightforward, player-friendly promotion. With four separate components, no opt-in and a spread across cash games, SNGs and tournaments, it offers something for most regulars. For those weighing where to play in the US, it is also a reminder that promotions, liquidity and software quality matter as much as headline guarantees.
